Well, you’re 15 months now.
I’m kicking myself for not keeping up on the blog, because there will be small things you did I won’t remember now. But, I promise to keep up with it again. The small things about you, when you grow, Are what I’ll treasure.
You had your 2nd Easter, and LOVED it. You were picking up the eggs for the first time, and WALKING. It seemed like forever we wanted you to walk, but you were enjoying crawling everywhere and one day you decided, you wanted to walk. We recorded you, and we’re so excited. Now you’re walking and getting into everything !
On easter 2018, you had your first egg hunt at ma miel and June’s. Uncle Sam hid you some eggs, and tante helped you find them along with ma miel, me , and daddy ! We just loved watching you walk and toddle saying “egg, egg ,egg”. And you were so precious looking when you’d drop the egg into the basket ma miel was holding for you. You didn’t quite understand you needed to hold the basket, but you had the help! Lol.
The best thing after you found All the eggs, was watching you play with them and discovering there was confetti inside! You did not appreciate all of it on your clothes, hands, and hair . But we sure got a good laugh from seeing it all over you.
You even tried picking up the small pieces, to put back into the eggs! Silly girl !
We tried to get you to swim in the swimming pool. But It was too cold, you didn’t appreciate it. So we ended up drawing with chalk with tante !
Some new things you have done , are:
Walking, saying “yes”, you say “ehhhh” a lot, we don’t quite understand what exactly it is. Or why or how you got that lol, drinking full bottles of cow milk, you love food and toys, you say “heeeey !” And wave to everything and everyone.
Oh,
Today you ate dirt for the first time when we visited ma miel and June’s. June is building his new shed, and fresh dirt has been leveled for it. You we’re “helping” daddy and June today level dirt. And you decided to lick your hands. Lol.
After discovering dirt didn’t taste good, you tried giving it to daddy! We all laughed lol.
It’s getting late. And you’re asleep in your crib. But these were some recent memories I couldn’t let myself forget. I love you Clare Louise. Always, and forever.
